Pacaso Presents the Art of Buying a Second Home

While co-ownership of real estate together has been occurring for generations, Pacaso aims to simplify the process, which is typically complicated and very personal. “We create a property LLC for each home, find and vet co-owners and handle all the sales details,” says Allison. “At closing, co-owners together enjoy complete ownership of the home – Pacaso does not retain any shares.”

Using the company’s SmartStay app, homeowners can reserve their property with as little as two days’ notice any time of year. The app distributes reservations equitably according to ownership percentage and even accounts for holidays. Pacaso luxury homes are located in destinations where people aspire to have a vacation home. Prices start at $200,000 per share.

Pacaso partners with leading banks around the country to assist owners in obtaining financing for their share. Owners can also sell their portion of a Pacaso property easily, as the company facilitates all aspects of the sales transaction. Furthermore, Pacaso takes care of furnishings, repairs, utilities and property management.

Indian Chieftain Motorcycle Inspired by Travis Pastrana & Evel Knievel

Presented by Private Seller – USA Baggers’ first motorcycle of their “Legends Series” is a Travis Pastrana/Evel Knievel influenced “Stars and Stripes” Indian Chieftain Motorcycle. The inspiration came from Travis Pastrana’s three legendary jumps in Las Vegas in July of 2018, the third being the iconic fountains at Caesars Palace. Travis did this to honor his hero and mine, Evel Knievel.

At USA Baggers we wanted to honor both of these incredible daredevils with this bike build. We really liked the fact that Pastrana did this on an Indian Motorcycle instead of the Harley Davidson model Evel always rode. This bike however represents both of these incredible men.

The hand-painted striping on the tank is Pastrana but the classic V shape in the back is Evel Knievel all the way! From the multi-step white pearl paint to its gleaming blue 30-inch candy blue rim front with red and white spokes, this bike demands rubbernecking. Perched atop the retro 70’s stars and stripe seat and listening to the over 600 watts of ear numbing decibels screaming from the 8.5 rear JL audio speakers and 5.5 JL audio front speakers with bass kicking from a 10” sub and all that are running seamlessly through the factory Indian ride command system, you still can’t help but hear Evel Knievel’s words when he said “Live hard, ride fast and regret nothing.”

With its perfect trail numbers and rake, giving this big beast great handling features, to the sleek voluptuous curves of USA Baggers custom “Bare Back” kit, this bike is nothing short of a rolling work of art. However “awe-inspiring” it is to gaze upon, it’s just as “awe-inspiring” to ride. This bike takes big gulps of air through a 60 mm venom-plenum throttle body and spits it out with a deep menacing growl through the 2 into 1 4 inch custom “Pow Wow” pipe. It receives commands from the customized fuel and performance mapping program through Fuel- Moto all adding additional horsepower.

This isn’t just some cut and weld neck on this Indian Chieftain. Vic Baggers produced a custom-built first of its kind, short neck triple tree and backbone specifically for this Indian Chieftain. This allowed placement of a 30-inch front rim and with relentless pursuit, we were able to achieve the ideal rake and trail numbers to achieve great stability, agility and handling.

A front and rear air ride system was added, providing adjustable rebound and compression on the rear shock giving a smooth ride with adjustable travel. It also allows the bike to sit level on the ground, but rises up to over 7″ for travel. This is a one of a kind motorcycle and will be appearing in upcoming magazines such as American Iron and calendars released for 2020. This bike was featured in Daytona and Sturgis motorcycle rally and earned fan favorite at both places and was one of the most photographed bikes at both places. Every so often, the planets align and cosmic forces bless us with a very unique opportunity. Ferrari of Long Island was able to showcase the beauty of Ferrari: past, present and future.

The official Ferrari North America F8 Spider demonstrator is finished in the historic color Giallo Modena, and it recently arrived to their showroom in Long Island. They were also fortunate enough to have in their inventory the three predecessors of the latest open-top Ferrari V8 sports car, all finished in Giallo Modena.

As a result, Ferrari of Long Island’s photographer was able to capture these lovely images of a yellow Ferrari family reunion: four generations of pure performance and driving pleasure.

Powerful Drag Strip-Ready 1965 Buick Skylark Being Auctioned by GAA Classic Cars

While the Roadmaster, Invicta, and Electra were the top models, Buick decided to build something to fill the gap between their luxury models and the entry-level Special. What once was a trim level arrived as an all-new model in 64. Riding on the same chassis as the Chevelle, the Buick Skylark focused on comfort. Because the bodies were stronger and more insulated, the springs and shocks were more relaxed than the Chevelle or the Cutlass.

This car was built to show and to go. While it is as clean to eat off of, the underside of the floors and frame have been restored to factory condition. The Moser 9″ is a modern replacement for the weak 10-bolt. This was needed to handle the power from the big block 461 stroker. Built by Phillips & Wilkerson Racing Engines, the dyno sheet verifies 492 horsepower and 527 lb-ft of torque. It is backed by a Tremec T5 HD 5-speed and an SFI bellhousing.

While other brands sold cars on horsepower, every Buick in the 60’s was advertised on its torque. Carroll Shelby said it best “Horsepower sells cars, torque wins races!” Given the curb weight of 2,900 lbs, this car has a better power-to-weight ratio than an F-18 fighter. Aside from the headers, people will easily see the Stage 1 Air Cleaner and assume it is a base model Grand Sport. But once you are done at the car show, it will run single-digit times in the quarter-mile. It may look like your grandma’s car but it also will run down anyone with ease.

Powering the new MC20 supercar is Maserati’s Nettuno engine, a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine. This powerplant produces 630 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque. With a weight of 3,307 lbs, its power-to-weight ratio is best-in-class. Maserati notes that the MC20’s combination of a weight power will allow it to sprint from 0 to 60 in under 2.9 seconds. It will also have a top speed of over 201 mph.

For the MC20’s design, Maserati took inspiration from their history. In the front of the supercar, shadows of the MC12’s design are included in the grille and placement of the hood’s air vents. Unlike the MC12, however, the MC20 does feature butterfly doors that Maserati says provide function and ergonomics. As for the overall aerodynamics of the MC20, Maserati tuned it to perfection. To be more specific, they put it through over 2,000 hours in the Dallara Wind Tunnel. This allowed Maserati’s designers to create a sleek vehicle with a drag coefficient under 0.38. Classiche Bianco Avus LaFerrari Aperta For Sale

Ferrari’s hybrid hypercar was introduced at the Geneva Auto Show in 2013, and limited to 499 examples. Because the LaFerrari coupe sold out before their big 70th Anniversary, the decision was made to remove the roof. The last time such a car was offered, the F50 required a storage case larger than a piano box to safely store the carbon fiber roof. A removable hardtop would change the car’s weight distribution and handling, so Ferrari chose the most difficult solution.

You can’t simply reinforce a few parts of the chassis and expect a roadster to have the same torsional response and cornering abilities of a coupe. Therefore, the LaFerrari Aperta shares similar lines, but it is essentially a different car. The cloth roof required a new windshield structure, door sills, and suspension tuning. Creating a niche to store the roof required the radiator and fans to offer the same heat rejection while creating a slipstream that doesn’t cause cockpit turbulence. After all this, production was limited to 210 cars.

With such limited production, Ferrari didn’t make a profit on the program. What they did was to allow their most valued customers to personalize their most powerful roadster. This is one such example that was delivered to a prominent Denver collector on October 7th of 2017. Instead of the regular-production Bianco Avus white, he opted for triple-layer “Extracampionario” Bianco Italia with Giallo (Yellow) accents throughout the black interior.

From here, he proceeded to order everything under the sun.
